Did Amazing job!!! Went above and beyond my expectations!!! In the beginning they met me at the car rental place, so I didn’t have to have someone drive me to drop it off at the shop! The ending was my truck looking Brand New!! I will not go anywhere else with my vehicles!! Rats to Rods is the Best!

10/10 would recommend they got my car done in a timely manner and you can’t even tell there was damage done to my car. Alvin was great at communicating back with me on any questions I had. They even threw in a detail on my car inside and out!!! I will definitely be back for any future work needed on my vehicle.

Huge shoutout to Rats to Rods for the amazing work on my car! They fixed my hail damage and a collision dent on my door in under two weeks. The paint match on the entire left side is seamless—you’d never know there was any damage. They even detailed the car before I picked it up! Super friendly, Christian-based business that truly takes care of their customers. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. The dealership from where I purchased my car actually hired this shop to fix my paint, and after this experience it just goes to show that they take for granted that other businesses even do business with them. I trusted this would be handled correctly, but instead I was left with nothing but disappointment. My car was in their shop for nearly two months for a small paint job correction, and when I finally got it back, it was worse than what I had it. They were only supposed to fix a small area (shown circled in white in the attached images), yet instead of focusing on that, they painted over sections that didn’t need any work at all. On top of that, some parts of my car were poorly reinstalled and even missing clips. There is paint on my back lights. OH AND MY EMBLEMS IN THE BACK ARE GONE! Throughout the process, I was constantly told my car would be ready “next week,” which turned into “tomorrow,” and then “tomorrow” again. They never delivered on their promises. I would have much rather been told, “It’ll take another three weeks,” so they could take their time and do it right, instead of being misled with false timelines that wasted my time and left me without

I brought my car in for hail damage repair in July 2025. While the dent work was acceptable, the paint job was a disaster. The color does not match the original paint at all, and the finish is uneven with visible flaws, as shown in the pictures. You can clearly see the difference between their poor paint quality and the original factory finish. There are even footprints on the hood cover, another obvious sign of their unprofessionalism. They were also three days late on the promised schedule. I had to visit the shop in person every day to get updates because they never respond to texts and claim they don’t receive them. Can you believe that?! When I pointed out the poor paint job, Alvin asked me to leave the car so they could fix the mess. But after a couple of days, when they told me it was ready for pickup, almost nothing had changed. After my complaints, Alvin was rude and completely unprofessional, showing zero accountability for their low-quality work. To confirm my concerns, I took the car to another body shop. They were shocked at the extremely poor paint and body work and estimated about $9,000 just to repair the mess that was left behind. That alone should tell you how b
